Missing 6-Year-Old Girl Found Safe in Casablanca After 6-Day Search

Missing since last Monday, near her home in Casablanca, little Zineb has finally been found by the police before being returned to her mother.
6 years old, the girl had left her home to go play with her bike in the street where she will be kidnapped by a woman who, according to the police, would be a homeless person.
"The Casablanca police prefecture had received last Monday a missing person report for a minor under suspicious circumstances," the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) said in a statement, according to which "the search operations made it possible to identify the suspect precisely and completely, based on the camera recordings in which she appears with the kidnapped girl, in several areas of the city of Casablanca and its surroundings".
The little girl was found safe and sound on Saturday morning while the suspect was found in the afternoon, the DGSN said. The latter was taken into custody "to elucidate the ins and outs of this criminal case and identify the motives".
33 years old, this "woman living from vagrancy" will be prosecuted for kidnapping and sequestration.
