Mentally Ill Suspect Arrested After Knife Attack on French Tourists in Morocco

Two French tourists were attacked with a knife on July 23, 2019, in a hostel in Foum El Hissn, by a mentally disturbed person. The alleged perpetrator, with a psychiatric history, was arrested by the elements of the Royal Gendarmerie shortly after his crime.
