Massive Drug Bust in Fez: 2.3 Tons of Cannabis Seized, Two Arrested

A large quantity of cannabis resin was seized by elements of the prefectural judicial police service in Fez. This follows the arrest on Thursday of two individuals suspected of being the perpetrators of this trafficking.
This operation made it possible to seize 2.3 tons of chira, in a farm. On the spot, the police services proceeded to arrest the guard and a second individual, accused of being the main suspect in this trafficking. The latter was in possession of a large sum of money which would come from this criminal activity.
The main accused in the case had already been arrested by the prefectural judicial police service. Pending the opening of an investigation, the arrested individuals were placed in custody, pending the arrest of all accomplices linked to this criminal network.
