Marrakech Tops Morocco’s Real Estate Prices, Ranks 5th Most Expensive in Africa

Real estate in Marrakech is by far the most expensive in Morocco, according to a report just published by the African Asian Bank.
Three Moroccan cities are in the top 10 of the most expensive cities, reports Infomédiaire. Marrakech, Tangier and Casablanca, are respectively ranked 5th, 6th and 7th in the Africa Wealth 2019.
The city of Marrakech is ranked 5th in Africa with $1,700 per square meter, followed by Tangier with $1,600 per square meter and Casablanca in 7th place with $1,500.
