Marrakech Ranks 7th in Time Out’s Best Cities to Live in 2022

The weekly magazine "Time Out" has drawn up and published the list of the 20 best cities to live in in 2022. Marrakech occupies the 7th place in this top 20. The fourth largest city in the kingdom after Casablanca, Fez and Tangier, it remains the tourist capital of the country. It is presented as a colorful, lively and history-rich city. There are many hotel complexes, luxury shops, banks, tea salons and cafes and terraces, the historic medina or old city (ten kilometers of ramparts), etc.

Edinburgh (Scotland) tops the ranking, followed by Chicago (USA), Medellín (Colombia), Glasgow (Scotland), Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Prague (Czech Republic). Berlin (Germany) Montréal (Canada) and Copenhagen (Denmark) complete the top 10. Then come Cape Town, (South Africa), Madrid (Spain), Manchester (England), Mumbai (India), Melbourne (Australia) and Taipei (Taiwan). London (England), Porto (Portugal), Lyon (France) and New York (USA) close the podium.
