Marrakech Named Third Most Welcoming City Globally by Conde Nast Traveller

Marrakech ranks in the top 10 of the most welcoming cities in the world. This is the result of the new ranking by the American magazine Conde Nast Traveller.
The Conde Nast Traveller has named Marrakech the third "most welcoming" city in the world in its latest ranking. The American magazine describes the ochre city as one of the most accessible cities, benefiting from a "blend of traditional" and modern ways of life, a gateway to Africa and the Arab world, which has recently gained a "reputation as a hub for the diasporic art world in Africa".
Kralendijk, the capital of the Dutch Caribbean island of Bonaire, tops the ranking of the ten most welcoming cities in the world. It is followed by San Miguel de Allende (Mexico), Bangkok (Thailand), Lisbon (Portugal), Dublin (Ireland) and Copenhagen (Denmark). Istanbul (Turkey), Singapore and Edinburgh (Scotland) complete the top 10.
