Marrakech: a crowd bath for Prince Moulay El Hassan at Jemaa El Fna
Prince Moulay El Hassan was spotted this Friday noon in Marrakech. A relaxed outing on Jemaa El Fna square, which comes just a few days after his official presence at the kick-off of the Africa Cup of Nations.
According to Rue20 sources, the Crown Prince arrived at midday on the famous Marrakech square to have lunch in one of its renowned restaurants. The news of his presence quickly attracted the attention of citizens and passers-by, who spontaneously gathered to greet him in a warm atmosphere.
This is the first public appearance of Moulay El Hassan since last Sunday. The Prince had then presided over the opening ceremony of the 2025 CAN at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat, before attending the official tribune to witness the victory of the Atlas Lions over the Comoros (2-0).
