The attack was of rare violence. Inside a dwelling, one of the victims received a .38 caliber revolver bullet in the chest and died on the spot. The second Moroccan was hit by three shots in the abdomen, shoulder and leg. Although he survived after 153 days of hospitalization and several surgical interventions, he is now paraplegic.
