Manchester United’s New Signing Amrabat Withdraws from Morocco Squad Due to Injury

Just after being recruited by Manchester United and having to participate in the upcoming matches of the Moroccan national team, Sofyan Amrabat received terrible news.
The now former Fiorentina player is leaving the group due to injury, according to a statement published by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF). In replacement, Walid Reagragui has called up Yahya Jabrane for the two upcoming matches of the Moroccan national team.
The extent of Sofyan Amrabat’s injury and his return with Manchester United, a club that was hoping to line him up for the upcoming matches, is unknown for now.
It should be noted that just before his recruitment by the English club, the Moroccan player had undergone some tests by Manchester United’s medical team, during which a back problem was detected. A problem for which he had received painkilling injections in December during Morocco’s qualification for the 2022 World Cup Qatar semi-finals. The back pain was not considered serious enough to block his transfer to England.
