Manchester United Eyes Moroccan Star En-Nesyri in £21.5M Transfer Bid

Manchester United is quietly preparing the recruitment of Moroccan international Youssef En-Nesyri, one of the architects of the historic run of the Atlas Lions at the 2022 Qatar World Cup. It has made an offer in this direction.
Manchester United, Youssef En-Nesyri’s next destination? The Moroccan striker from Seville is in the sights of Spanish coach Julen Lopetegui, who is expected to be Erik ten Hag’s successor, whose management is criticized. United would have maintained contacts with Lopetegui’s agent and he could be the one who will take over the management of Old Trafford, reports the site Todo Fichajes. According to other media, Man Utd would be ready to offer 21.5 million pounds sterling (25 million euros) to recruit Youssef from Seville, once Lopetegui becomes the next coach of the Mancunians. The former Wolves coach had requested reinforcements and expressed his wish to have En-Nesyri in his squad.
Since his arrival at Seville, Youssef has been chaining good performances and decisive goals. He has won two Europa League titles with the Seville club. So far this season, the 26-year-old player has scored 9 goals in 22 games in all competitions. Last year, he shone with the Moroccan national team. With his Moroccan team-mates, he had a great World Cup in Qatar. The Atlas Lions reached the semi-finals of the competition for the first time in their history. En-Nesyri scored the decisive goal against Canada in the group stage to ensure Morocco’s first place. Moreover, he sent the kingdom and Africa in a historic way to the World Cup semi-finals thanks to a header against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal.
