Man Arrested in Morocco for Repeatedly Raping 9-Year-Old Girl in Fez

Moroccans have not yet finished recovering from the shock caused by the rape and murder of Adnane in Tangier, when they must now face that of a nine-year-old girl in Fez. The aggressor is her mother’s lover.
The crime was denounced by the Moroccan association for the fight against violence and exclusion, which had found the traumatized victim, in tears. According to the daily Al Massae, it was the president of this organization who welcomed the little girl, who told her how she had been raped repeatedly in her mother’s home.
Her nightmare begins every time her mother goes to work. Faced with the horror of the story told by the little girl, the president of the Moroccan association for the fight against violence and exclusion seized the public prosecutor’s office, which in turn alerted the victim’s father, an old man who has lived alone since he divorced.
The public prosecutor’s office ordered examinations that confirmed the cruelty of the sexual abuse she had suffered. He was immediately arrested and was unable to refute the facts he is accused of. The man in his forties admitted to having committed these horrible acts, and frequently, under the influence of drugs.
Prosecuted for rape and violence against a minor, the individual is awaiting his trial, which begins on November 23, in the Bourkaiz prison. The mother of the little girl, for her part, is being prosecuted while at liberty for debauchery, the daily specifies.
