Man Arrested in Morocco for Blackmail and Sexual Harassment of Dozens of Women

A thirty-year-old man was brought before the investigating judge by the judicial police services of Larache, and was placed in custody at the Sat village prison in Tangier on Saturday, September 7, following a complaint filed by a young girl victim of sexual harassment.
According to the Aabbir website, the case broke out when the young girl filed a complaint against a man in his thirties, who kept threatening to publish compromising photos of her on social media if she did not give him money.
A search of his mobile phone allowed the identification of photos of around sixty victims. Following the announcement of his arrest, the police services received a second complaint from another victim, for the same facts.
The site does not rule out the possibility of seeing other women who have never dared to denounce their assault, file complaints against the accused in the coming days.
