Major Drug Kingpin "Moul El Beghla" Arrested in Morocco’s Doukkala Region

Long sought after by the judicial police and the Royal Gendarmerie of Sidi Bennour, "Moul El Beghla", one of the biggest drug traffickers in the Doukkala region, has finally been arrested. The arrest of this dealer is a real feat accomplished by the elements of the Royal Gendarmerie.
It took more than a month of surveillance in the Lamsakhna douar, in Sidi Benour, to apprehend "Moul El Beghla", says Barlamane, specifying that the dealer was arrested while in possession of a large quantity of drugs.
To succeed in the operation that led to the arrest of the outlaw, the elements of the royal gendarmerie, details the same source, "surrounded the suspect’s house and his assistant" and then proceeded to arrest them. According to local sources, the accused were in possession of drugs, but also contraband tobacco and cannabis resin.
In total, more than 45 arrest warrants had been issued against "Moul El Beghla" by the Regional Division of the Judicial Police of Sidi Bennour, the Royal Gendarmerie of Sidi Bennour, as well as that of Ifni. His arrest therefore marks the end of a long suspenseful but also worrying saga for the population. They find in the arrest of the dealer a reason for great relief.
