Major Casablanca Mall Project Suspended for at Least Three Years

The mega-project of Zenata Mall, which was to host the international furniture brand Ikea, a Marjane hypermarket, leisure and multiplex cinema offerings, has been put on hold by Marjane Holding and the Zenata Development Company.
The Zenata Mall mega-project will have to wait a little longer. Marjane Holding and the Zenata Development Company have decided to suspend the construction of this shopping center for at least three years, reports Challenge. As a result, the equipment deployed on the construction site located along the coast between Mohammedia and Casablanca, near the highway connecting the economic capital to Rabat, will not be used for a while.
