Magnitude 5.3 Earthquake Strikes Midelt Province in Morocco

A slight earthquake of a magnitude of 5.3 on the Richter scale was recorded on Saturday in the province of Midelt.
This seismic shock, the epicenter of which is located in the commune of En-Nzala, occurred at 9:39:07 am (GMT+1). These details come from the National Seismic Monitoring and Alert Network of the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).
The felt shock has a depth of 4 km, a latitude of 32.570°N and a longitude of 4.167°W, it is specified.
The last shock that hit Morocco dates back to last May in the Ouarzazate region with a magnitude of 3.6 on the Richter scale.
