Love Conquers Age: French Actor’s Unexpected Romance Blossoms in Cannes

Since the celebration of their marriage in 2011, the famous French actor François Cluzet, 70 years old, and his Moroccan partner Narjiss Slaoui-Falcoz, 60 years old, a communication specialist, have been living a perfect love story.
While he thought he was "too old to love", François Cluzet meets Narjiss Slaoui-Falcoz one evening in the spring of 2010 at the bar of the Carlton hotel in Cannes, and falls under her charm. "A beautiful woman that I found much too beautiful for me, the 1.75 meter comedy valet...", he confides to Paris Match, mocking himself. At the time, the Moroccan woman was the communication director of the establishment. After two hours of conversation, it’s love at first sight. They never leave each other again. "Isn’t it too late to love? I no longer believed in it," the actor had wondered. On July 5, 2011, the two lovebirds got married. This is the beginning of a beautiful love story.
Who is Narjiss Slaoui-Falcoz? This woman was born in September 1965 in Morocco. She left Casablanca for France after obtaining a degree in tourism and hotel management. After several experiences in luxury hotels, she took over the communication management of the Carlton in Cannes. She left this position in 2012 and founded her image consulting company, AdN. She works as an independent consultant. A mother of one child, she accompanies François Cluzet in the education of his four children from his previous unions. The lovely brunette is also present alongside the actor on film sets and on the red carpets.
François Cluzet considers himself lucky to have her in his life and never misses an opportunity to express his love for her. "I was lucky enough to realize two childhood dreams at the same time: finding true love and achieving great professional success," he summarized in June 2015 with Paris Match. "For her, I would have done anything. I would have followed her anywhere. I was ready to leave Paris to settle in Cannes or Morocco, her country of origin. I was even ready to give up the profession," he confided.
The actor admits: "I owe her for becoming the person I am today. My wife has led me to a happiness that I thought was unattainable."
