Louis Vuitton Opens First French Restaurant in Saint-Tropez, Featuring Moroccan Cuisine

Louis Vuitton is opening its first restaurant in France this Friday, June 17. Located inside the White 1921 Hotel on the famous Place des Lices in Saint-Tropez, it will offer Moroccan cuisine among other things.
The Louis Vuitton restaurant is open-air and opens this Friday, just a few days before the summer season. It is run by chef Mory Sacko, owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant MoSuke in Paris.

It will offer Moroccan cuisine, in particular tagine. At the Louis Vuitton restaurant, the Moroccan specialty will be presented "in ceramic dishes, accompanied by a fennel and mango salad, and smoked paprika bananas," it is announced. They will also serve a shakshuka with eggs, tomato concassé, bell peppers, garlic, chives and cumin.
The very varied menu also includes other African and Japanese specialties. For lunch, the restaurant offers, for example, the ekiben, a Japanese dish composed of rice and noodles, vegetables and a small portion of meat or fish. For dinner, "eggs, vegetable tacos with eggplant, braised fish with lemon, lobster..." are planned.
