Libyan Delegations Praise Morocco’s Efforts to Resolve Crisis in Bouznika Talks

In Bouznika, the delegations of the Libyan High Council of State and the Tobruk Parliament welcomed Morocco’s sincere willingness and concern to find a solution to the Libyan crisis.
At the end of the first day of the Libyan political dialogue, the two delegations thanked "Morocco, king, people and government, for the warm welcome and good hospitality," reports the MAP. They also welcomed "the sincere will and concern of the kingdom to create the appropriate fraternal climate helping to find a solution to the Libyan crisis, in order to reach a consensus likely to achieve political and economic stability in Libya and which will lift the suffering of the Libyan people and allow to move towards the construction of a strong and stable state".
According to them, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad, Nasser Bourita, expressed during the opening session of this political dialogue, the concern and the will of the kingdom to help the Libyans to reach a consensus in the service of the interest of the Libyans. The two delegations also welcomed the role of brotherly and friendly countries and the United Nations Support Mission in supporting Libya and their efforts to achieve stability in the country.
Since Sunday, Morocco has been hosting the Libyan political dialogue, which aims to maintain the ceasefire and open negotiations to end the conflicts between the Libyan parties.
