Lebanese Superstar Haifa Wehbe to Headline Mawazine Festival for Reported 800,000 Dirham Fee

Singer Haifa Wehbe will participate in the 19th edition of the Mawazine Rythmes du Monde Festival, scheduled for June 24 in Rabat. The Lebanese artist would have received a large fee to perform on the Nahda stage.
A regular at this festival, Haifa Wehbe has agreed to participate in this year’s edition for 800,000 dirhams, according to sources at Aljarida24, specifying that the Lebanese-born singer has imposed her conditions on the festival organizers. The diva would have demanded to be accompanied on stage by her own orchestra, it is reported.
Haifa Wehbe says she is looking forward to meeting her fans in Morocco. "I am happy and proud to meet the dear Moroccan public as part of one of the greatest festivals in the Arab world, the prestigious Mawazine Festival, in the Kingdom of Morocco. See you on June 24 on the Nahda stage for an evening that will make my heart beat to meet the people who have missed me so much and whom I am eagerly awaiting."
Several Arab celebrities such as the Egyptian Mohamed Ramadan, the Lebanese Adam, Carole Samaha, Najwa Karam, as well as foreign stars like the American star Nicki Minaj, will enhance this 19th edition of the Mawazine Festival with their presence.
