The Sovereign occupies the seventh place in this ranking dominated by the Pakistani Muhammad Taqi Usmani, principal researcher in Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic finance, followed by Hadjj Sayyid Ali Khamenei, the supreme guide of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Mohammed bin Zahed Al-Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, also Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates.
