King Mohammed VI Praises Moroccan Film "Taxi Bied" in Royal Letter

In a letter, King Mohammed VI has just sent a warm message of congratulations to Moncef Mazli and his wife, Sahar Seddiki, for their film "Taxi Bied", which has been a great success since its release.

In this letter signed by King Mohammed VI, dated June 26, 2019, and written at the Royal Palace in Rabat, we can read, among other things, the following words: "This artistic work will certainly enrich the cinematographic library of the Kingdom. With our sincere wishes, to both of you, for continued success and constant creativity in your artistic journey".

It should be noted that this two-page letter was photographed by the singer and actress, Sahar Seddiki, and the photo was posted on her Instagram account.

Sahar Seddiki wrote in the caption to this post: "After the joy of seeing the success of our film in theaters, we are overwhelmed with indescribable happiness after receiving from King Mohammed VI a letter of congratulations and encouragement, in recognition of "our efforts and congratulating us for our work", Taxi Bied".

The encouragement of Seddiki’s followers and friends did not take long and we could read comments such as: "Bravo, Sahar. You deserve it!" and many other messages of congratulations and encouragement.

Synopsis of Taxi Bied, as written on the site, lematin.ma: Saïd, a young police officer, has been tracking Bouaouina, the most dangerous drug dealer in the region, for a long time. While the latter was on his way to a suspicious business, he collided with a grand taxi whose driver is Allal, transporting the passengers, Mounia a young nurse in love with the policeman Saïd, Nouhe a teacher and Haj Ibrahim, a retired auxiliary forces member. Taken hostage to transport the dealer’s goods, the taxi passengers will go through the worst misadventure of their lives. Saïd will use all his strength to save the group of taxi passengers and fight against evil.
