King Mohammed VI suffers from mechanical lumbosciatica associated with muscle spasms, announced on Saturday Professor Lahcen Belyamani, the Sovereign’s personal physician.
The medical statement specifies that these lower back pains do not present any signs of seriousness.
On medical prescription, the Sovereign must now follow an appropriate treatment and observe a period of functional rest.
