Juventus Eyes Moroccan Star Hakimi for Winter Transfer Window
Achraf Hakimi could join Juventus of Turin, who, according to the Italian press, want to strengthen their defense with the Moroccan international, during the next winter transfer window.
According to Tuttomercato, the Biacconeri have put an option on the Atlas Lion and would like to make the offer to Real Madrid for a one-year loan with a purchase option, even if, according to Hespress, the Borussia Dortmund player is not the only one coveted for the position.
The Italian club would also be studying the option of Thomas Meunier from Paris Saint-Germain, Youcef Attal from OGC Nice and Denzel Dumfries from PSV Eindhoven. Under contract until 2021 at the Casa Blanca, the player is starting his second season on loan at Borussia Dortmund.
For his part, Achraf Hakimi would have declared, according to the newspaper, on several occasions, that he wished to return to the Merengues. "If Madrid called me back, I would be the first to say yes. The coach knows me very well. But now I’m focused on Dortmund... Then we’ll see," he confided.
