Jewelry Store Heist in Tangier: Two Suspects Arrested for Wall-Breach Burglary

Two individuals with criminal records were arrested by the elements of the prefectural judicial police service in Tangier. They would be involved in the burglary of a jewelry store in the Msala district.
According to a press release from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN), the judicial police services, assisted by the scientific and technical police technicians, went to the scene of a theft inside the said jewelry store.
It was through a perforation in the wall of a neighboring building of the jewelry store that the suspects, aged 29 and 36, were able to access it, before leaving with a large lot of jewelry items, it is specified.
The elements of the judicial police did not take long to catch up with them and with them, all the stolen items, following the investigations and the search of the home of the sister of one of the suspects, located in the El Aouama district. The accused were placed in custody pending the investigation that will shed light on this case.
