Jealous Woman Fatally Stabs Boyfriend at Party Near El Hajeb

The tragedy occurred on Monday night to Tuesday. The daily Al Massae reports that the victim, also in his twenties, was stabbed by his mistress after a violent scene of jealousy during a party she had organized.

According to the initial investigation, the atmosphere was festive until the moment when the young woman noticed that her boyfriend only had eyes for another guest he had even started to seduce. She flew into a violent rage and what was only a trivial discussion between lovers turned into a physical confrontation. Suddenly, the girl grabbed a knife and struck him twice, one of them fatal.

Informed, the elements of the Ain Taoujdate gendarmerie, accompanied by the scientific and technical brigade, went to the crime scene. After the usual report, testimonies, collected evidence and fingerprints, the victim’s body was transferred to the morgue, and an investigation was opened.

The initial investigations made it possible to identify and arrest all the people who were present at this party. They were all placed in custody under the supervision of the public prosecutor’s office for the needs of the investigation.
