Deadly Altercation in Marrakech: Man Arrested After Fatal Stabbing at Party

Two men decided to invite their girlfriends to an evening in an apartment in the military district of Marrakech. Alcohol was flowing freely, and the evening degenerated. A violent argument broke out between the victim and his aggressor.

The two young women then tried to calm the situation by intervening. Too late. The aggressor, in his thirties, pulls out a knife and inflicts fatal blows on his victim. The man died before reaching the hospital.

The body was transferred to the morgue, while a judicial investigation was opened under the supervision of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, in order to determine the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
