Son of Moroccan Military Officer Arrested for Fatal Assault in Rabat

The events took place outdoors, in the Al Wifaq neighborhood of Témara. The two long-time friends had organized a drunken evening that went wrong, reports Assabah. A disagreement had broken out between the two men. This was followed by insults and sabre blows. The son of the colonel-major dealt a fatal blow to the son of the police officer. The latter died on the spot. The alleged murderer did not stop there. He disfigured the victim and left him lying in a pool of blood. After committing the murder, he fled in a luxury car.

When they arrived at the crime scene, the elements of the anti-gang brigade from the judicial police prefecture of Skhirat-Témara thought it was a serious traffic accident.
