U.S. Issues "Very High Risk" Travel Warning for Morocco Amid COVID-19 Surge

A few days after being placed on the red list by France, Morocco finds itself on that of the United States, which now considers it a "very high risk" epidemiological country, recommending that Americans refrain from any travel in the current context.
The resurgence of infection cases in recent weeks justifies this "Level 4: COVID-19 Very High" advisory for Morocco. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend that all American travelers avoid going there, unless they are fully vaccinated.
This type of alert concerns destinations that have recorded more than 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants over the past 28 days, according to the criteria of the US agency. The Bahamas, Haiti, Kosovo, Lebanon and Saint-Martin are also on the list.
