Israel and Morocco Consider Historic Football Match Amid Diplomatic Thaw

The IFA (Israel Football Association) is considering organizing a match between the Israeli and Moroccan national teams, following the resumption of relations between the two countries.
This match will allow the Israeli team to measure itself against a great team like the Atlas Lions, which has a host of international stars like Achraf Hakimi and Hakim Ziyech, reports the daily Al Ahdath Al Maghribiya.
The match is for the moment only at the project stage, since an official of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, questioned about the preparations for this meeting at the national level, replied "not to have any information on this subject".
Pending the agreement in principle of the FRMF, the IFA can already count on the Football Federation of the United Arab Emirates (UAEFA), which has given the green light for the organization of a match between the Saudi and Israeli national teams.
