Moroccan Football Federation Investigates Alleged Racist Incident Against Senegalese Coach

Senegalese coach of AS Salé, Moussa Ndao, would have been the victim on Saturday, February 6, of racist insults during the match against Racing de Casablanca. The FRMF wants "to investigate and take appropriate measures against the person responsible for this immoral act," announced the National Professional Football League.
The incident occurred in the 20th minute of the match between AS Salé and Racing de Casablanca during the 9th round of the Botola Pro Inwi. The coach, very offended, went towards one of the RAC officials, present in the VIP stand, who would have hurled racist insults at him. He was held back by people present on the pitch. He was given a red card in the 22nd minute.
After the match, the RAC management met and listened to the people present during the incident. The club decided to suspend the club employee, guilty of racist insults towards Moussa Ndao and apologized to the Senegalese coach and the entire Moroccan football family. For the victim, it is a "case to forget" as long as the president of the RAC has already apologized to him. "As a protest against these insults, the AS Salé players wanted to leave the match, but I opposed it and insisted on continuing the match. I don’t even want to talk about what happened," said Moussa Ndao. Several football stakeholders supported the victim and demanded that this "strange and unacceptable act" be sanctioned.
On the side of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), the leaders intend to open an investigation. In a press release published on the FRMF website, the National Professional Football League (LNFP) announced that it wants to "submit the reports of the delegate and the match referee to the ethics commission (of the FRMF), to investigate and take appropriate measures against the person responsible for this immoral act".
