Moroccan Football Match Canceled as Teams Fail to Provide COVID-19 Test Results

In the absence of presentation of anti-coronavirus tests, as required by the health protocol put in place by the FRMF, the authorities of Marrakech refused that the match between Kawkab de Marrakech and Ittihad Zemmouri de Khemisset be played.
Before the resumption of the Moroccan championship, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) has put in place a health protocol that all participating teams must strictly follow. It is therefore as a precautionary measure that the authorities of the city of Marrakech have prohibited the holding of the match between Kawkab de Marrakech and Ittihad Zemmouri de Khemisset, reports the daily Al Ahdath Al Maghribia.
The decision was not to the liking of the president of the Zemmouri club. Hassan El Filali, who also holds the position of president of the Organizing and Laws Commission within the FRMF, held a meeting in the locker room with the match referee, the match delegate and the representatives of the local authorities, which resulted in the sending of a report on the incident.
