Indian Contestant Wins Miss Universe 2021, Moroccan Finalist Falls Short

Moroccan Kawtar Benhalima failed to seduce the jury at the 70th annual Miss Universe pageant held in southern Israel. The crown was placed on the head of the Indian, Harnaaz Sandhu.
Finalist in the annual Miss Universe pageant, Moroccan Kawtar Benhalima was unable to win the coveted crown. Yet her performances were applauded by the public. During the first parade of the ceremony which took place last Friday in Israel, the young Miss Morocco dazzled the public, the presenters, the Internet users and the television viewers. She was wearing a dark green velvet caftan, embroidered with gold around the hem, the cuffs and on the front. Enough to brighten up the 2021 Miss Universe edition.
At the end of the competition, it was the Indian Harnaaz Sandhu who won the Miss Universe crown, ahead of Miss Paraguay, Nadia Ferreira, and Miss South Africa, Lalela Mswane.
