Ikea to Open Pop-Up Store in Northern Morocco Ahead of Permanent Location

Ikea, the world leader in furniture and decoration, will open a pop-up from July 9 to 15 in Tanger Med Zones, to allow residents of the region to enjoy its summer offers.
Pending the inauguration of its new store in the North region, whose work is in progress, the brand is multiplying approaches to facilitate shopping for its regional clientele. A pop-up store will open in a few days in the vicinity of the new store.
Installed on an area of 1,300 m², this temporary store consists of a furniture showroom showcasing a multitude of ideas and inspirations for interior and exterior design, a self-service area offering a wide choice of household and decorative items, as well as a cafeteria and an area offering Swedish grocery products.
During the period, customers will have access to the full range of Ikea products through digital solutions offered by the employees. They will thus have the possibility to make their purchases on site as well as to be delivered at home, specifies the same source.
In addition to its services, the brand will launch sales of up to 70% off, valid until July 12. Customers will also benefit from free delivery and assembly, and a 10% gift card on any purchase of 500 DH or more, usable at the opening of the Ikea Cabo store.
