Hospital Cleaning Manager Faces Sexual Harassment Charges in Mohammedia, Morocco
The manager of the cleaning company at Moulay Abdellah hospital in Mohammedia is being prosecuted on provisional release after allegations of sexual harassment made against him by one of his employees.
Scandal of sexual harassment at the cleaning company of the Moulay Abdellah provincial hospital in Mohammedia. An employee of this company filed a complaint for sexual harassment against the manager of the company, reports Al Akhbar. She stated to the judicial brigade that other women working in the hospital whose names have been mentioned have also been victims of sexual harassment. But they do not wish to file a complaint against the alleged harasser.
Following this, the prosecutor of the king near the court of first instance of Mohammedia ordered the placement in custody of the accused. After the judicial brigade, the file was referred to the public prosecutor’s office near the court of first instance of Mohammedia. Brought before the investigating judge, he paid a bail of 10,000 DH, and is now being prosecuted on provisional release.
Pending the first hearing scheduled for May 5, the investigators continue their investigations. They consult the content of the hospital’s surveillance cameras.
