Homeless Migrants in Al Hoceima Returned to Streets After Media Event at Hotel

After the passage of the press in a hotel that would house the homeless in Al Hoceima, they find themselves back on the streets.
"About a week ago (April 25, 2020), police patrols picked up all the Sub-Saharans concentrated in the downtown hotels of Al Hoceima, to take them to the premises of an association that would take care of them and carry out the necessary tests to determine if they were carriers or not of covid19," confides a local source to Bladi.net.
According to him, during their transfer, these Sub-Saharans also had to make a detour through the well-known hotel in the city which, for once, invited the press to take advantage of it. "Once the journalists left, they were all asked to clear out," he denounces, specifying that all the homeless in the city are back in their usual locations, that is to say in the street.
"We are Saturday, April 25, 2020, the first day of the holy month of Ramadan in Morocco. The hotels are almost all empty and the homeless are almost all left to their own devices. But unlike this hotel, they have the decency not to profit from their distress," he testifies.
