Homeless Man Arrested in Agadir for Taxi Driver’s Murder, Police Say

The prefectural police service of Agadir arrested an individual for his alleged involvement in the voluntary homicide of a taxi driver (2nd category).
The defendant, a 22-year-old homeless man, committed the murder on Friday by suffocating the victim with the scarf she was wearing, due to previous disputes between the two parties, according to a statement from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
The same source specifies that the investigations are ongoing to identify the nature and the real motives of these conflicts.
For the needs of the investigation, the accused was placed in custody in order to elucidate the ins and outs of this case.
