Driver Arrested in Sefrou for Fatal Hit-and-Run After Harassment Dispute

The tragedy occurred after the 25-year-old suspect had an altercation with the victim who had prevented him, during an outing, from harassing a young girl, according to a statement from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN). According to the same source, the accused ran over the victim with his vehicle before fleeing.

The elements of the prefectural service of the judicial police of Fez, thanks to the collaboration of the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance (DGST) arrested the reckless driver in the Narjis district of Fez, specifies the (DGSN).

For the needs of the investigation, the defendant was handed over to the competent services of the Royal Gendarmerie.
