Heavy Snowfall Alert Issued for Multiple Moroccan Provinces

Several Moroccan provinces will be affected by snowfall as early as tomorrow, Tuesday, January 25, 2022, warns the Directorate General of Meteorology (DGM).
Snowfall (20-40 cm) is expected from Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. to Wednesday at 11:00 p.m. in the provinces of Azilal, Al Haouz, Tinghir, Ouarzazate and Taroudant, the DGM said in an orange-level weather alert bulletin.
Similarly, snowfall (10-20 cm) will be recorded in the provinces of Chichaoua, Errachidia and Figuig, it is further specified.
