Guinea-Bissau Players Hospitalized, World Cup Qualifier Against Morocco in Doubt

Will the match between the Atlas Lions and the Lycaons take place? The Bissau-Guinean Federation has stated that several players on the national team are ill and spent the night from Tuesday to Wednesday in the hospital.
The Bissau-Guinean Federation announced that several players called up by Baciro Candé, and even members of the staff, have suffered from vomiting and diarrhea since Tuesday evening’s dinner. In a Facebook post, the federation stressed that the bedridden players risk not playing the match counting for the 3rd round of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers, scheduled for this Wednesday evening against Morocco.
"For the moment, the players are being transported to the hospital for more intensive care. So far, the FFGB officials have tried in vain to contact the match commissioner, from Sierra Leone, to inform him of the situation."
The match, if it takes place, starts at 8 p.m. at the Moulay Abdellah Complex in Rabat.
