GNV Resumes Seasonal Ferry Service Between Spain and Morocco for Summer Transit

GNV has announced the reopening of the seasonal Almería-Nador line to facilitate the transportation of Moroccans living abroad as part of the Marhaba 2024 Operation. The shipping company will connect the Andalusian port to the Moroccan port from June 27 to September 15, the end date of the Transit Operation.
Grandi Navi Veloci (GNV) has just relaunched the seasonal Almería-Nador line, open since July 2022. "In this way, GNV is committed for another year to collaborate with all the administrations involved to guarantee the success of the Marhaba Operation which began on June 5," the shipping company said.
This year, GNV has planned five weekly rotations for the link between Almeria and Nador. The ferries will depart at night from the Andalusian port on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and will reach the Moroccan port in the early morning, it is detailed. This maritime route is added to the Barcelona-Tangier line operated by GNV all year round.
"Passengers who wish to can buy their tickets immediately by paying only 20% of the fare and paying the remaining amount 30 days before departure," adds the company, which has announced the imminent opening of a new office at the entrance to the port of Nador.
