Gims launches a 50-villa complex in Marrakech
The artist Gims unveiled on Monday in Marrakech his second real estate project in Morocco, a complex of 50 exceptional villas. This project is based on a concept of "accessible luxury".
The announcement was made during a press conference in the form of a "keynote" on January 26th. This new project, consisting of 50 high-end villas, marks an increase in the artist’s involvement in the Moroccan real estate sector. After the success of a first operation, this initiative aims to perpetuate a model combining architectural excellence and a premium living environment.
The uniqueness of this program lies in its pricing positioning. The project initiators highlight a "deliberately controlled" price, with the ambition of making prestigious services accessible to a wider audience. For Gims, the goal is to prove that high-quality finishes and a premium experience are not incompatible with a certain rationalization of costs.
Beyond the real estate aspect, this investment is part of a long-term economic development strategy. The presentation served as a platform to announce several measures aimed at promoting local talent and supporting the region’s economy. The stated objective is to contribute to the international influence of Morocco while creating added value on site.
