Casablanca was shaken on Tuesday by a violent explosion in the Anfa district. No casualties were reported except for a fire that broke out and damage to the affected building.
The fire was brought under control by the civil protection elements, who arrived on the scene quite quickly.
The torrential rains that hit the economic capital were also of great help in controlling the fire.
This fire was caused by the explosion of several gas cylinders placed on the roof of an old building.
