Galatasaray Set to Sign Moroccan Star Hakim Ziyech in €13 Million Deal

Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech is about to sign a new contract with Galatasaray, after a period of uncertainty related to his health.
According to the Turkish newspaper Milliyet, the former Ajax Amsterdam player would have accepted an offer for three seasons with the Turkish champion, until June 2026. Ziyech will receive a total of 13 million euros, or 4.5 million euros per year.
The officialization of this transaction seems imminent. Ziyech has already undergone his medical examination and everything seems in order. Erden Timur, vice-president of Galatasaray, stated: "The negotiations are ongoing, we will announce when it is finished. No problem has been found during Hakim Ziyech’s health checks so far."
At the beginning of the summer, the Moroccan had almost signed with the Al-Nassr club in Saudi Arabia. But the transfer did not materialize due to health problems detected in his knee by the Riyadh club, which he had jokingly denied, citing financial differences.
