Galatasaray: but where is Hakim Ziyech?

The case of Hakim Ziyech is intriguing today. Since August 16, no photo of the player has been published by the Turkish club on its social media pages. Many photos are posted daily, particularly of training sessions, and no photo of the Moroccan has been shared.

The same goes for matches. Since his presentation two weeks ago, Hakim Ziyech has not been selected for any match. This is probably what prompted Walid Regragui to exclude him from the two upcoming matches of the Atlas Lions scheduled in a few days.

"Hakim, after signing for Galatasaray on August 16, was unable to participate in the pre-season training camps or friendly matches of his new club. It would be more appropriate for him to prepare with them. This is in no way a sanction. If he returns to his top level, he will be back with us in October. This decision also offers an opportunity to other players," the national coach had said.
