Gad Elmaleh Addresses Plagiarism Allegations, Moves Past Controversy

Gad Elmaleh confided that behind the internet user CopyComic are several people who have set themselves the mission of harming him. He talked about it on the show "Quotidien", where he was invited to promote the play "L’invitation".
It was a serene Gad Elmaleh who appeared on Monday on Yann Barthès’ set. Among other questions, he addressed the allegations of the internet user CopyComic accusing the comedian of plagiarizing his American colleagues.
"This story no longer ruins my life," he declared, before thanking the host who, according to his words, was the first to be interested in the buzz generated by CopyComic’s revelations.
Gad Elmaleh seems to want to leave this story behind him, but not without knowing who is behind CopyComic. For him, "when you get slapped in the crowd, the first thing you want to know is who slapped you".
He admitted on the set of the show "Quotidien" that it is several people who have conspired to harm him. "Denouncing is one thing, wanting to do harm is another. All this story, I’m going to do something with it in my next show," he hinted.
