French Tourists Fall Victim to Motorcycle Thieves in Marrakech’s Medina

A new case of snatch theft was reported on Wednesday in the medina of Marrakech. The victims, two French nationals, were walking near the Lalla Hasna gardens when they were attacked by two individuals on a motorcycle.
According to the testimonies collected, the criminals stole a mobile phone before fleeing. The tourists quickly filed a complaint with the local authorities, who opened an investigation to find the perpetrators of this violent theft.
This incident adds to a series of similar incidents that have recently occurred in the ochre city, causing concern among the authorities and tourism professionals.
