French Montana and Swae Lee Reunite for New Single "Wish U Well"

After "Unforgettable," a hit single released in 2017, American rapper of Moroccan origin French Montana and Swae Lee are reuniting for a new duet.
After recording "Good Summer" on August 11, a song that blends the timeless charm of Wayne Wonder’s iconic hit "No letting go," French Montana is releasing a new single titled "Wish U Well" in a duet with American rapper Swae Lee. The music video for the song was shot in the coastal community of Makoko in Lagos, Nigeria, and is available as of this Saturday, August 26, 2023 on download platforms, according to the Bella Naïja website. Let’s hope this new collaboration will reach the heights of "Unforgettable," certified diamond last summer by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
This summer has been busy for French Montana. On June 16, the premiere of the documentary film "For Khadija" which traces the journey of the native of Casablanca, but also pays tribute to his mother who sacrificed everything to raise her three young sons in the Bronx, took place at the Tribeca Film Festival. This month, he signed a contract with Gamma, a multimedia platform that prioritizes artists by offering them creative and commercial services in all artistic and commercial formats, after refusing a $20 million deal.
