Rapper French Montana Explores Casablanca Roots with Night Ride and Local Cuisine

The American rapper of Moroccan origin French Montana treated himself to a night outing in Casablanca, the city where he was born.
French Montana is having a pleasant stay in Casablanca, where he has been staying for a few days. The rapper treated himself to a little night horseback ride around the Morocco Mall, during which he made a gourmet stop to taste snails in one of the kiosks set up on the Casablanca corniche. French Montana was born on November 9, 1984 in Casablanca. At the age of 13, he flew to the United States. He settled in the Bronx, where he discovered and became passionate about hip-hop culture. The young Karim Kharbouch launched into mixtapes and street DVDs and worked with underground artists. His career took off with the release of the DVD, the Cocaine City series of street, but it was his collaboration with Max B that truly propelled him to the forefront of the scene. French Montana’s signing with Diddy’s Bad Boy Records made him even more famous. His hits like "Pop That" and "Unforgettable," certified 10 times platinum and Diamond, dominate the charts. The successes follow one another: his studio albums, such as Excuse My French and Jungle Rules, bring in a lot of money and are applauded by the critics. Collaborations with Drake, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross reinforce the performer of "famous" place in the rap industry.
In addition to rap, French Montana is involved in health and wellness businesses, as well as the fashion industry. He is also known for his involvement in philanthropic projects, particularly in Africa. Kruz’s father has notably funded medical facilities in Uganda and educational projects. Over the years, he has become a model of success. He donated $100,000 to the victims of the powerful and devastating September 8 earthquake that mourned Morocco. In November, the rapper highlighted the cuisine and culture of his country of origin, Morocco, during the celebration of his 39th birthday, which was attended by big names in American music.
