The provisions of law 30.09 authorize the retention of a leader if he holds major responsibilities abroad or if a national interest requires it. The strongman of local football perfectly meets these conditions, as he simultaneously sits as vice-president of the African Confederation and member of the FIFA Council.

During this institutional day, the assembly first validated without opposition the moral and financial reports of the past fiscal year. The various stakeholders also adopted a series of statutory amendments. The official explained to participants that "this meeting was part of the continuity of reforms undertaken in recent years to support the development of Moroccan football".
