Former Soccer Star’s Moroccan Getaway Derailed: Romantic Horseback Ride Ends in ER Drama

The accident occurred on Sunday, August 10th in Essaouira where Adil Rami and Louana Franco went for a romantic horseback ride on the dunes and by the sea. "We came for the sunset, we’re going to tour the dunes, we’re going to gallop and then we’re going to take a walk with the horses in the water directly. It’s going to be magnificent," the former footballer enthusiastically said on Snapchat upon arriving on site.

After "promising beginnings, Louana unfortunately fell off her horse," reports Pure People. "I wanted to act like a woman without a saddle. I still don’t have control over my gallop. I have a headache. I have bruises everywhere, I’m afraid I have a concussion. I’ve lost a whole lock of hair, look at all the hair I’ve lost..." she is heard saying almost in tears in her partner’s videos.

Rami recounts: "They started the gallop and Lou lost her balance. I snapped, I have the videos, but I can’t show you, it’s up to her to decide. The fall is impressive." Following the accident, his partner ended up in the emergency room. "We took no risks to reassure Lou, but I think she’ll be fine.
